How will martial law affect visa-free travel and travel abroad

On November 26, the Verkhovna Rada supported the introduction of martial law in Ukraine for 30 days.

Martial law will be introduced in the following regions of Ukraine: Vinnytsia, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odessa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson.
Martial law will not affect the process of crossing the border. Refrain from traveling abroad is only the first-line reservists (this is a special mark in the military ticket). For Ukrainian at the checkpoints there will be no restrictions.

Also, no changes in the airports due to martial law will be. The cost of airline tickets may increase due to an increase in insurance rates.

The train schedule can be changed to the needs of the military. Failures and delays in moving and reducing the number of passenger flights are also possible.

On the visa-free regime, there was no official information about the abolition of visa-free. Ukrainians can continue to travel to Europe without a visa. The only difficulty is likely to be the strengthening of the inspection of personal belongings, baggage and vehicles when passing through customs control.
Martial law will be valid until December 26.
